overlay to create custom lower third never shows text well #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create in photoshop elements as prescribed - 640 x 360 transparent PNG, also 
tried up to 1920 x 1080 ... 
2. tried anti-aliasing, dithering, interlacing, and everything, but text always 
looks distorted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
clear text - distorted text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSE 7.0, using Google Chrome to access Hangout Toolbox
