Toolbox doesn't work in Chrome/Linux #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a hangout with Toolbox added
2. Turn on lower third

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The lower third overlay. Instead I get: "This app requires features of Google+ 
Hangouts that your computer and browser don't support."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 38.0.2125.44, x86 Linux.
