Lower third not workging #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?

When I turn on the "Lower Third" I get a blue box that says.

"This app requires features of Google+ Hangouts that your computer and browser 
don't support."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google Chrome, I9, Windows 7

The lower third does work in IE 11

The lower third also works in Firefox just fine
