Hangout Toolbox De-Face no longer selectable.
Button to select it is grayed out, and un-clickable.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Hangout Version: 2.0.1
Google Chrome Version 41.0.2272.118 m

This function was behaving properly several months ago to use JPG/PNG images as
'masks' and now it seems to have been disabled somehow. I can still use Google
Effects to use Pre-made stamps, but not submit my own images as with the
Toolbox in the past.
