Hangout Toolbox no longer functions as intended. #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening Toolbox
2.Adjusting Volume on call participants in the toolbox
3.Muting participants in the toolbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the participants to be muted or increased/decreased in Volume.
Nothing occurs at all, there is no change.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.01 on Windows 8 using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.

As of at least a month ago, this hangout toolbox error/bug has been present.
