Enhancement Request: Photo Gallery Controls #74

I realized one day that I could use the Lower Third feature as a webcam shade 
simply by uploading a full-frame photo - no alpha transparency. That raises the 
interesting question of whether it might be possible to point Lower Third - or 
Hangout Toolbox in general - to a series of photos for online sharing. I 
realize that this might get into some intellectual property issues more easily 
than not, but there's not real good way to share full-screen images on Hangout 
other than Lower Third.

This is a different use case and should be done in a separate app.
