Handling renaming of a Test sheet #49

In case of renaming, tables inside this sheet are losts, because they are retrieved knowing its name.

So, renaming of a test sheet must be forbidden or update table refs automatically.

This problem happens also when you copy a single sheet. So, a function to "repair" table could be simpler and more usefull.

title of tables are not retrieved through its name anymore. it is based on position on sheet, and specified prefix.
