Add some kind of cache for a Job's average rating, salary, etc. #35

It would probably be very useful to display

Average salary
Average rating
Average stipend
Average interview difficulty
Median term

for each job from reviews Obviously, we shouldn't calculate this every single time a job is requested, so we should have some kind of cache for each job that gets invalidated and recalculated every single time a review is added.

Added front end because this task mind as well involve displayed said statistics
