2.19.0 not available on maven central #1047

Expected behavior

2.19.0 is available on maven central

Actual behavior

Only the 2.19.0-beta versions are available

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Just open maven central

Mobile device model and OS version

Not relevant

Android Beacon Library version

2.19.0

Artifact can be found at, seems to be a bug in the maven central UI https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/altbeacon/android-beacon-library/2.19/
