Scanning stops when lock screen. Starts when opening #49

When running app, its looks good and scanning. Pushing lock-screen it stops scanning. (Not killing the App)

Lock Screen: [log] {"region":{"identifier":""},"beacons":[]}

It must work in lock-screen for my usage. Any idea?
