visitors interaction needs to be increased #2

We need some kind of free incentive for the visitors to capture there contact email and name when they visit the website for us to followup and we can add the public telegram channel for public so that people start to join in.

I think that the interface to join to a mailing list should be in the front page rather than by clicking to the popup a form.(just a thought i just consider it not saying one should do it). As its more likely that they see the incentive if there is one at the homepage(probably at the end of page).

As other seen in other websites They provide free PDF or some free research paper as incentive for the visitor. Considering the fact that i don't fully know if we have that.

I have attached an screenshot/idea that can be used in the index of the site To get the details and mailing list of the visitors. PS i made it considering we don't have a free incentives like E book or anything we can provide to our mail lists.
