Command Sync Plugin #21

You probably know of this plugin: http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/commandsync.115/ . Would it be possible for you to create a plugin similar or revise this plugin so a player does not have to be on the server the command is being sent from (by console) for the command to take effect? I like the concept of this plugin, but there isn't always players on the server where the command is running from so it doesn't always take effect. There are a few other things that could be improved about this plugin but the author has kind of disappeared. You do a great job with plugins and I think you could make a very good version of this.

I'll see what I can do in my holidays. The only way to achieve this is via a fake player or sockets which im not very good at yet :P I should be able to get something working as I need this kind of thing for BungeeSuiteTeleports to work at 100% anyway :)

CommandSync on spigot resources does this as I would have no point me making it now
