[x] removed unhealthy tag from main BaseNode tab
[x] removed unhealthy tag and additional information from BaseNode box
[x] adjusted base node selectors to correctly calculate running/pending state based on containers
[x] adjusted base node start/stop actions to start only the containers that are not currently running to correctly restore service state
