[Onboarding] Implement correct behaviour for non-$floating FadeOutSection #221

FadeOutSection is a part of the TBot. It works as expected for the floating variant (on Home screen), but it's not positioned properly for onboarding case. It happens due to absolute position. I believe that it will be easier to fix when the onboarding page is structured and at least partially styled. Then it will be easier to adjust FadeOutSection positioning.
