Monero Address is not being changed in XMRig #235

The TARI_MONERO_WALLET_ADDRESS is not being updated on change. The frontend uses moneroMiningAddress (monero_mining_address) prop of start_service command.

I recall this being a legitimate issue, but should be fairly easy to resolve.

XMRig value is updated if length > 12. The frontend needs a validation on this input
