implemented in #249

[x] get both UUID and emoji representation
[x] get wallet balance from backend to show it
[x] handle unconfigured wallet and take user through configuration
[x] wait for wallet to become responsive (depends on backend interface) - wait on frontend (polling), check healthcheck on each poll and also take data, if 30s elapses

@alex1307 we need emoji representation of wallet ID (same backend)

waiting for backend to implement 2 things:

[x] getting wallet identity from the server (both string representation and emoji) - there's an error atm
[ ] waiting for wallet to be responsive (we discussed this will be implemented as ~part of the healthcheck~ polling on the frontend)
