feat: docker detection #313

Description

[x] Check if Docker is installed on the host machine

Other:

[x] fix timing of intro and docker install messages
[x] one message displays the OS type (macOS, Windows, Linux) in the text. Added the OS type detection there

How Has This Been Tested?

Tauri command tested on Linux Ubuntu, Windows and macOS.
