Tested and found that the link does not work as intended. Downgraded severity from Medium to Low, as the bug does not cause occasional inconveniences. Once a reader knows how the list function works they will not have to go through this link again.

Reason for disagreement: This is not a low rating. A low means that it only appears in very rare situations. However, this appears every time a user uses the guide and tries to click any link that exists. As such, it is a flaw that causes occasional inconvenience to some users, but they can continue to use the product, which is the exact definition of the medium rating.
