The main idea of point 3 is to highlight the issues related to date, which typically consists of Day, Month and Year. Although we can agree that including time may be more specific, it does not contribute to the issue regarding date.

Reason for disagreement: The issue of including time into your system is definitely in the scope as it was included as the only way to schedule an event for your app. Date cannot be separated when using your app. As such, both date and time should be reflected in the UG. Furthermore, date and time are a single entity in the system and cannot be separated as you have demonstrated above.
