Team's Response

Thank you for raising this issue. While we acknowledge the fact that our application now does not disallow users to add numbers as their contacts, our current approach advises users against inputting numbers for the name aspect of the add command, as indicated in the screenshot provided. This issue could be something that can be done in the future version of the product, but fixing it is less important than the work done in the current version of the product, which is why the response label is placed as NotInScope. Issue response

Team chose [response.NotInScope]

Reason for disagreement: This issue is in the scope of the current version to, as you have mentioned, avoid confusion when delete a name or index. Furthermore, you claimed in the UG that this featured has to be implemented to prevent ambiguity on whether to delete a person with the name 2 or index 2. As such, in the current version you have made it clear that this issue is significant. Additionally, you claim that numbers are not permitted entirely by the software. However, the numbers are very clearly permitted to be used as valid names in the system without any penalties or warnings. This is thus a functionality bug of siginficance.

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.Low`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** This is a flaw that causes occasional inconvenience to some users, but they can continue to use the product which is the definition of medium.
