As we can retrieve local version, could be nice to notify user when CMS looks outdated

We will see how to use CmsChecker from Octopuce for that one ;) This will allow you to know which latest minor exist in a major release, and if a new major exist too for your software AND to check the sha256 of the files of your software (excluding the assets folders like IMG/ for spip or wp-content/ for WP
