Runner snapshots #430

Snapshots for CI/CD runners and automatic system to update and maintain the snapshots.

Let's do a simple Python program.

  1. Create a new server instance using the specified base OS
  2. Run setup.sh script
  3. Power off
  4. Create a snapshot off the server
  5. Delete the server instance and keep the snapshot
