POC Altinn Access Groups

Description

As part of an architecture POC Altinn/altinn-authorization#30 we will implement a POC of Altinn Access Groups

The component is described in Altinn/altinn-access-groups#2

The detailed architecture is described here .

Goals

• Setup base components
• Create base APIs
• Test API model
• Test data model
• Get to know PostgreSQL

Additional Information

We don't have any API that only returns ER roles. Probably needs to call authorization

We use same db as delegation

Preparation tasks

Development Tasks

• [x] Create .Net 6 based Access Group component component following the structure from Notifications component
• [ ] Create API for Listing Access Groups for user
• [ ] Define and create an interface for external registers
• [x] Implement call to register component to list ER roles (probably needs to call authz)
• [ ] Set up PostGre SQL schema for access group
• [ ] Setup schema for access groups
• [ ] Setup, build, and deploy pipeline
• [ ] Setup test data

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify data structure, including thoughts about index to be used
• Verify the logging structure
• Verify the model structure
