Add static text for Archiveread and Archivedelete

Archiveread and archivedelete are standard actions available in A2 but currently they do not have localized texts for display.

Add these to localizations so they are displayed as follows:

archiveread
- no: Les i arkiv
- nn: Les i arkiv
- en: Read in archive
archivedelete
- no: Slett fra arkiv
- nn: Slett fra arkiv
- en: Delete from archive
