Archive Read and Archive Delete actions for Altinn 2 services are missing language support #841

Description of the bug

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to "Others with rights" in profile page
  2. Either select an existing right-holder or add a new recipient for delegation
  3. Select an Altinn 2 reporting service for delegation

Additional Information

In Altinn 2 the following text resources are used to display the archive operations:

ArchiveRead EN: Read Archive NO: Les Arkiv NN: Les Arkiv

ArchiveDelete EN: Delete Archive NO: Slett Arkiv NN: Slett Arkiv
