Cleaned up rightKeys on local mock data

Description

This is a chore and does not affect the functionality of the solution. All it does is to clean up some of the faults in the rightKeys of the checkDelegation responses in our mock data to make the mock run more realistically

It also fixes the failing tests in the BFF
