Search in api-delegations/chose-api page duplicates selected apis in the "selcted API" list. #904

Description of the bug

Steps To Reproduce

  1. go to: https://am.ui.at22.altinn.cloud/accessmanagement/ui/offered-api-delegations/choose-api
  2. Click + in list "Delegerbare API:"
  3. Write "maskin" or anything in the search input
  4. The item in "Valgte API:" list is duplicated
