Pass username from uidp-client through Oidc #190

Description

We would like to be able to pre populate the username for uidp-login. From what we understand there is supposed to be a parameter part of the oidc specification (login_hint?) where we can provide the username. Uidp will on their side use this value to auto-fill the username.
