Implement Correspondence "mark" operations #66

Description

Implement the "mark" operations in Correspondence controller: MarkAsRead Confirm Archive

Research if any of the operations are associated with some extra logic. If too different, make that operation a new issue.

Test for marking read and confirmed OK should be a implemented when we implement correspondence with messageBody to set Published status
