Description

Added workflow to publish a branch so that we can deploy test branches

Looks good.

Should it also deploy to app, as we most likely want to do that at the same time as this runs.

Missed this before I merged 😬

I figured to do it as a separate process to make it work with deploy to environment. But on further thought, it would pretty much always be preferred to have it as an integrated workflow... So will change it.
