Description

We need to follow up on data elements that wind up in the poison queue.

Additional Information

We should monitor

Writes to the poison queue
Failed executions of the file scan function ( e.g. something failed during the scan of the element or reporting)
If an infected file is scanned: what action points do we need in this case?

[ ] Monitor max fileScanRequest queue length over a certain time window, add alarm when familiar with upscaling pattern to filescan service.
[ ] Log file scan duration by computing the time elapsed between call to PATCH endpoint and the timestamp value in the LastChanged property (log level "warn" if above a threshold - 10 seconds ??)

Nice to have: would be a dashboard to monitor the traffic in the solution related to filescan flow.

Want to monitor the current level of log messages in relation to errors. Is it too noisy or can we live with it as is ?

Current monitoring is good enough. There are also talk about discontinuing this application and using Defender instead.
