Environments:

Create the actual clients
- Dev client (for local use)
- Staging client
- Prod client
Configure Azure KeyVault (one per environment) we can pull config into app clusters (where the operators run)
- Preferably Workload Identity for auth

This is ready to be tested in ttd-at23 @martinothamar using workload identity.
it only needs access for devs and the respective k8s yamls (I can help with this wrt workload identity)
