Description

Database:

RecipientId column removed from notification tables and all procedures/funcs mentioning it
OrganisationNumber and NationalIdentityNumber included in notifications tables and functions
Service and repository logic updated to reflect model changes.
API: orgNo or nationalIdentity number in orderRequest is ignored for now.
