Description

The service list a person can pick from when selecing a service to associate with a contact point needs to be expanded with other resources as well.

Needs clarification

[ ] What is the needs from Correspondence?
[ ] Are there other resource types that should be included?
[ ] Are correpondence services a separate resource type?
[ ] When are apps migrated into the resource registry?

Tasks

[ ] Identify a good way of obtaining a suitable list of resource from the resource registry
[ ] Add logic to include resources in the list of services.
[ ] Unit tests
[ ] Review (QA)
[ ] Documentation
[ ] Manual test

Acceptance criteria

[ ] A user can pick a resource that is not an App
[ ] The resource id is stored on the contact point
