Expand use-case and regression tests to include condition checks on a notification order.

[x] Add a new test case to produce an order with condition. Check can be evaluated to false to stop order processing.
[x] Consider having a delay in the regression test and check the status of the order once processing is complete.
[x] Documentation as needed
