Description

Workload identity will require RABAC for access to Key Vault

Consideration

Create a new KeyVault for RABAC Acccess with copy of secrets. This to avoide needing to convert all applications at the same time. (IF NEEDED)

Receipt has been updated and are now accessing KeyVault through a role while other applications still use policy based access. Assuming that this issue is unnecessary.
