Does a lookup for a sub-org give the parent-org details (or it's own details), or does it fail/return blank?

This is the case for KoFuVi logic in Altinn2. Something we would need to also have in Altinn 3 when the time comes.

Relevant code in Altinn 2.

Still need to investigate this on "Personal Contact details".
