Description

Added new endpoint for fetching Party from PartyUuid this requires authorization as it might be exposed externaly in the future
Added a new endpoint for fetching a Party list based on a list of PartyUuids does only require PlatformScope
Changed Json serializing on the Get by id endpoint to be case insensitive as SblBridge and PlatformModel does not chare casing
