Moved Platform Models solution from Altinn/altinn-platform repository

Cannot figure out the failing workflow. Would like to merge and test with a separate PR in case it's just a locking or something with this specific PR.

Update: Project key was still targeting old repo. Updated to go towards register project now.

Did you try to move the commit history as well? Not sure if that is even possible.

No I did not. Not sure how that would work when the repository already has a commit history related to the other files.
