Some examples:

[ ] Policy - all rules are valid
[ ] Process - all elements are covered by rules in policy
[ ] Form - all form fields have a data model connection
[ ] Form - all form fields have a title text
[ ] Central validation component/functionality that is reusable accross all of app-development
[ ] How do we show live validation status (without bothering the service developers too much)
[ ] Text resources - at least one text resource file must exist.

We should consider which cases should be hard validations and which cases should be soft validations. F.ex. https://github.com/Altinn/altinn-studio/issues/9813 has some arguments that text resources may be a soft validation.
