Replace all `Popover` components from MUI with `StudioPopover`

Description

Currently, there are 5 files where the Popover component from MUI is used. This should be replaced with our own component, StudioPopover. The files are:

• CloneModal.tsx
• SyncModal.tsx
• AltinnPopoverSimple.tsx (which might be possible to delete after replacing the component and its usage)
• InformationPanelComponent.tsx in ux-editor
• InformationPanelComponent.tsx in ux-editor-v3
