After discussing this issue we see that we need to separate the layotsetswwlction and the components from being at in the same panel. The layoutsetselecter should be visible at anytime, while the components could be hidden by choice. Therefore, I suggest to place the layoutset-sector on the top. Just like we have solved it in the Datamodel page.
I do also suggest to remove the label "velg sidegruppe" and only have the selection as in Data model
