Design improvements for expression

After users tested the editor, we see that it can be improved. The design is outdated as well, and the texts have not been looked at by a content designer.

• [ ] Sort the user feedback and understand the user needs https://github.com/Altinn/altinn-studio/issues/12627
• [ ] Update the design on the expression component to match the new studio design
• [ ] Work on the content and decide the terms (dynamikk, logikk, utrykkk, osv) Can we only use Norwegian words in the editor?
• [ ] implement the new design
