Issues/changes in GUI after design system update #13058

Description of the bug

Overview of some issues/changes that have appeared as a consequence of upgrading the design system to the latest version.

Dashboard:

[x] Pencil-icon for navigating to app editor is smaller
[x] Same for hamburger menu icon

App-development

Header

[x] Preview-button no longer has outline
[x] Beta-tag on process editor is much bigger (should we remove the beta tag?)

Deploy

[x] Colours in table rows for deploy history are no longer there
[x] Alert component in the left column now look a little strange with border-radius

General

[x] Buttons that have only icons are no longer quadratic, but rectangular. Most noticeable in the places they are variant secondary such as text-binding-editor, data-model-binding-editor and actions-editor dev

I haven't tested the whole solution, but here are some visual issues I noticed today:

The contact link of the toasts is blue
The deployment statuses have borders on the overview page
