Content: Move all decided or recently changed terms from spreadsheet to Confluence

Description

There are too many sources for term work at the moment. We have a spreadsheet, a Miro board and Confluence. This issue will help me move all decided (or recently changed) terms from the spreadsheet to Confluence. That way, decided terms will be searchable and available to Apps and Studio.

Additional Information

Not sure yet whether terms decided for Authorisation and other Altinn products should be in Confluence. There ar several term work initiatives at the moment. We now have access to "begrepskatalogen", but it is still not a smooth ride to enter terms there - needs testing to determine if it is useful to us.

Tasks

• [ ] Move decided terms that have a definition to Confluence
• [ ] Add a tag for product
• [ ] List any deprecated terms
• [ ] Comment in spreadsheet that they have been moved.

Acceptance Criterias

Longterm: We have one source of truth for terms in Studio/Apps

Setting this to Blocked until we figure out whether the right place is Confluence or Begrepskatalogen. We are testing the latter now.
