fix: isolate code list editor text keys

Description

To be able to use the same text-keys for code list editor implementation in both ux-editor and content-library we should assign dedicated text keys for the texts used inside the code list editor

Additional changes

• change text keys that used codelist to code_list
• remove some unused text keys
