Have the "Til innboks" button in Altinn 3 like in Altinn 2 #2026

Description

In Altinn 2 there was a button in the left corner saying "Til innboks". (example picture from Tolletaten altinn 3 app https://tt02.altinn.no/Pages/ServiceEngine/FormsEngine/FillInForm.aspx?ReporteeElementID=23171017&ESC=5304&ESEC=2 ) image This button is now replaced in Altinn 3 with an "x" icon in the right corner. (example picture from Sivilforsvaret in Altinn 3) image I have gotten feedback from TE that they would like to have the text as it was in Altinn 2. So that it is clear for the user what the "x" button does. That is saves your changes and brings you back to the inbox.

I agree. We should probably look over all the elements above the form here to make sure the UX is intuitive. The same goes with the standard back (aka previous page) button on the left side, which I think we've been recommended to remove (preferring navigation buttons on the bottom of the form instead). I added the ux label here.
