Look into how we handle icons for Altinn Studio and app-frontend

Description

Today we store all our icons on Fort Awesome. Altinn Studio get the icons it needs from Fort Awesome, but app-frontend get icons from cdn (self hosted fort awesome packages). Is there a better way to handle this?

Considerations

• As a designer I would like to have control over available icons for app-frontend.
• Can we simplify the process of uploading/changing icons for app-frontend? Now we have to upload to Fort Awesome and then create update a CDN. Seems like an unnecessary step.
• Maybe divide Altinn Studio and app-frontend icons on Fort Awesome
