Make /mymaps default to a list #59

The mymaps menu is a little buggy when using /mymaps (see #55 ) so default it to a list and keep the option to use a book instead

I personally prefer using the book instead of the GUI as you don't have to type a command. You can simply right click the book and your good to go! +1
