Proposal to new world system

• Normal users will get 1 world and can /delete and remake one if needed
• Donators will have their world cap increased to 3
• You can have the ability to purchase 3 worlds and 5 worlds
• No custom names since they're too complicated and shit, instead just have ItsMiiOlly, ItsMiiOlly-2, ItsMiiOlly-3 etc etc
• Each user has their own folder to make life easier. For example, the ItsMiiOlly folder would contain all my worlds: ItsMiiOlly, ItsMiiOlly-2, ItsMiiOlly-3 etc etc
